Fantastic food. Great atmosphere. Wonderful service. And really good wine. Not sure what else you can ask for. It's modern and classy at the same time. Food is delicious beyond comprehension.

Easy to get to. Parking is onsite and they validate parking ticket. Waiters are very knowledgeable and friendly. Food was phenomenal! Drinks were great! Dessert was perfect way to end the meal.

I mean, it’s good. But it’s not the best steakhouse I’ve been too. Also, location-wise, it’s kind of a weird choice. It doesn’t feel very warm at all. The waiter REALLLLYYY knew his stuff. The service was very good. It’s not the best steak I’ve eaten, mostly for that price. It is quite expensive for what it is. I’m glad I went, everyone keeps saying it’s the best steak, I honestly don’t agree. I would rather spend that money elsewhere. We arrived a little bit before our reservation, they didn’t seem to know what to do… We tried going to the bar, no one really came to take our order and we were told seats (at the bar) were booked. I have never heard that in the past…

Amazing food and experience. We will definitely be back when we visit Quebec City again.

Great place for a good steak. The staff is fantastic !

We went here with a couple of friends from the QC City area. First time for all of us so had no expectations. It's was really great. The look and feel is old school steakhouse with a modern twist. The attentive staff were more than happy to bring a sample plate of their cuts of meat to show the different styles available. The wine selection was good. The meals were well prepared - though one of the four orders was not cooked as ordered BUT quickly corrected. All in all a great location with free interior parking when validated by the restaurant.

We had some cocktails, the tomahawk rib steak medium rare with Yukon Gold parmesan fries and desserts.About the pièce de resistance, the Tomahawk is a nice piece of meat. However, it was sear too much of my own taste. I understand that you need to sear it to get the maillard effect and that amazing mouth watering taste but it was too much. Searing should not make the meat black, specially with a nice cut aged months... Fries are cut too thin and do not taste anything but grease. Stay away from the desserts, it's pre-prepared and from another place.The cocktails are pretty good and the service is perfect.For what I got, I would say it's overpriced, if everything would have been perfect : better searing, better fries and homemade desserts, then I would probably not be disappointed.

Really good restaurent, style lounge, meat is awesome, good preparation, price is around 50$/each ... But terrase outside is very not nice during summer...

The price definitely worths the food! It’s one of our greatest experience in Quebec City. We ordered two dishes but we got two same dishes. We were pretty surprised that the waiter told us we can keep it if we want and it’s not charged. And he was getting our another order. The service is absolutely wonderful. We would come back to try the streaks if we come to Quebec City again :)

I give them a A for effort. Being from the U.S, as good as the steaks are here they just weren't the same. Overall I enjoyed and would recommend THE BEAST.

One of the best Steak houses in the Quebec city, excellent food, so Delicious, 5 star quality, great wine selection, very professional steak presentation (in English or French), friendly staff, nice environment, amazing interior design, whatever you are expecting of a " Unforgettable Restuarant" you will find there, A gentlemen, named: Johnathan, served our table who is a great person with lots of information regarding "Aging" and "Cooking" process, For sure we will go back there.

This restaurant offers an amazing range of steaks, both small and large so everything is covered.The service was brilliant and although the tip was included I felt that the server completely earned the tip I gave her.My starter was beautifully cooked and presented, cannot fault it. The desert was the same.My issue with this restaurant as with many restaurants in NA is the meat and fries were massively over seasoned. Maybe it's where I originate from Europe where food is generally less seasoned and is often left to the consumer to season themselves, but I couldn't help but think that a steak that was cooked to perfection was ruined by way too much salt.The parmesan and rosemary fries were the same, all I could taste was the rosemary and any flavour from frying in duck fat was completely lost.It's a shame because this restaurant comes so highly rated and I paid a premium price to find this out...
